Najeeb A. Khan

President

Najeeb Khan is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Interlogic Outsourcing, Inc., ("IOI"). IOI is the successor to Interlogic Systems, Inc. ("ISI"), a company that Najeeb established in 1987.

Through Najeeb's leadership, IOI has grown from a local operation in Elkhart, Indiana, to a national leader in the payroll industry, with offices in Elkhart and Fort Wayne, Indiana, Grand Rapids, Michigan, Tampa, Florida, and Phoenix, Arizona. IOI has twice been awarded the Service Award for Large Service Bureau by the Independent Payroll Providers Association.

Prior to founding ISI, Najeeb served as an officer of Commercial Services for Midwest Commerce Data Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of NBD Midwest Commerce Bank. Najeeb also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CNA UniSource from 1998 through 2001.

Najeeb currently serves on the Board of Directors for Memorial Health Foundation, Community Foundation of St. Joseph County, WNIT Public Television and Holy Cross College.

Paul McCormick

Vice President of Operations

Paul oversees the day-to-day operations within IOI, including management of the IT, Production and Customer Service departments. With over thirty years of experience in disaster recovery coordination, computer operations and data center moves, Paul contributes a high level of experience to IOI. Paul has helped establish and implement change control guidelines to both the hardware and software platforms for IOI.

Wendra Johnson, SPHR

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Wendra leads IOI’s national sales team. Wendra also oversees IOI’s strategic marketing initiatives including new product introductions and ancillary services. Wendra is an active member of the Independent Payroll Providers Association (IPPA) as well as the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Wendra received her B.S. in Organizational Management from Bethel College and has over twenty years experience in business development and human resources.

Marietta Barnett

Vice President of Employer Services for Religious Organizations

Marietta has been an integral part of the IOI team for several years. She participated in the development of IOI’s Raptor payroll system as well as its web-based payroll product, IOIPay®. Previously serving in the roles of Branch Manager, VP of Systems Implementation, and VP of Sales, Marietta’s current role has allowed her to be instrumental in developing IOI’s sector of services to employers in the religious organization community. Her expertise and familiarity with client needs has enabled IOI to offer customized, standardized and centralized services to fit the unique needs of employers in the religious community.
