Company History

Interlogic Outsourcing, Inc. founded by Najeeb Khan, President and Chief Executive Officer is the
successor to Interlogic Systems, Inc. (“ISI”), a company that Mr. Khan established in 1987. IOI’s
group of companies provides payroll services to over 6,000 clients nationally. We serve a wide
range of industries including but not limited to: not for profit organizations, manufacturing, education, health care, financial institutions, restaurants and hospitality service sectors.

Through Mr. Khan’s leadership, the IOI payroll business has grown from a local operation in
Elkhart, Indiana, to one of the nation’s leading payroll processing providers, with offices in Elkhart
and Fort Wayne, Indiana, Grand Rapids, Michigan, Tampa, Florida, Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona,
Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ontario, California and Cincinnati, Ohio.

IOI has been recognized by its peers as a national leader in the payroll industry. In 2005 and 2006
IOI was awarded the Service Award for Large Service Bureau by the Independent Payroll Provider’s
Association. IOI maintains a client retention rate near 96%. IOI operates on an ‘Exceed the Client’s
Expectation’ philosophy.
