Now that you have had a chance to review IOI’s products and services, there are several steps that must be completed for you to become a client. The process begins with a products and services quotation that will let you quantify the way you want your payroll to be processed. There are necessary forms to be filled out in paper form, before we can begin processing your payroll, which are all available to download here.

Once the paperwork is completed, your IOI representative will assist you with providing information for the conversion process from your previous provider to IOI’s system.

Our customer service team will be completing your conversion. They will assist you with training, and be a general point of contact for you throughout the process.

As a final step, when you are ready for data entry of your first payroll, you will be assisted by phone so your data entry process runs smoothly. We look forward to partnering with you!
