Technical Requirements

Since this is a web application, there are relatively few techical requirements. Certainly most web users will meet all of these requirements from the start, but if not, our techical support staff will assist those with setup issues before the first payroll period.

Browser
IOIPay requires Internet Explorer version 5.5 SP 1 or higher.

Settings
Under the Tools menu of Internet Explorer, you will probably need to change the way that pages are refreshed from the web server. This is because it is sometimes confusing to change information in one part of the application and hit the back button to return to another screen and not see the changes take place. By changing this setting, all pages will be refreshed each time they load and this will not be an issue.

Cookies
IOI uses extensive cookies to pass session information from page to page, therefore you must enable cookies to use IOIPay.

Monitor
Our application has been designed for display resolution of 800x600 or higher. If your monitor is set for less (for example, 640x480) you will have extensive horizontal scrolling.

Plug-ins
IOIPay uses Adobe Acrobat to view reports in our Report Archive application. If you are an experienced web user, the Adobe PDF viewer is probably something that is already loaded in your browser. If not, or you have an older version, it is simple to install from Adobe's web site.
