Online Help System
In addition to our tutorial and customer service resources, you should also realize that we have an extensive online help system in IOIPay that is organized in four different categories:
The "How Do I?" area attempts to explain and illustrate the procedural questions that you'll need answers to while using our web product. Questions such as: "How do I perform a new hire?", or "How do I setup a direct deposit for an employee?", etc.
The Index area is used to provide you with a complete description of each screen the system supports, and further discusses all fields within each screen, along with valid choices available. This area also provides the user with useful notes, and special considerations that are provided to help you understand the particular issues with regard to the specific choices available.
The glossary will provide a quick reference explanation of the terms found in the IOIPay site and help you understand the meaning.
