One-time or Special Pricing

If your payroll requirements include a need for any of these more specialized services, they are available for an additional fee.

  • Year-End W2 Processing -- We provide W2s to each employee every year end. This fee is yearly.
  • One-Time Conversion and Setup -- This includes moving data from your previous payroll and tax-filing provider to our system. It also includes digital signature setup and digitizing your company's logo on the checks. If your company has a 401(k) requirement, this is also covered by this fee.
